Hi there! My name is Dominique and I am so happy to be able to share my knowledge on health and fitness with you. I completed my certification in 2018 and began training clients ever since. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself, whether you are looking to lose weight, build a booty, improve your overall health or all of the above! These programs are designed for individuals of all fitness levels, and they focus on glute building/toning.

The Gluteus Maximus is the largest and strongest muscle in the human body. Having strong glutes not only looks good, but is also very important for your health and longevity.

Glute strength can help prevent injury, and improve posture and balance. Basic movement patterns in daily activity are highly dependant on your gluteus muscles. If you want to perform better, athletically or in daily activity, having strong glutes is super important.
